Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Certain intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (see exceptions below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Adaptive Bras
- Balconette Bras
- Bralettes
- Bikini Bottoms
- Bikini Tops
- Bath & Body products
These exceptions align with standard retail practices for intimate apparel and personal care items.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request
- Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship your return to our Dayton facility using a trackable method (return shipping is at customer’s expense)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal account
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank processing: Additional 2-5 business days may be needed for the refund to appear in your account
Sale items will be refunded at the purchase price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your request
- We’ll ship your new item once we process your return
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:

- Refunds will be issued in USD and may vary based on exchange rates
