Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
  • Certain intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (see exceptions below)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Adaptive Bras
  • Balconette Bras
  • Bralettes
  • Bikini Bottoms
  • Bikini Tops
  • Bath & Body products

These exceptions align with standard retail practices for intimate apparel and personal care items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship your return to our Dayton facility using a trackable method (return shipping is at customer’s expense)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal account
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank processing: Additional 2-5 business days may be needed for the refund to appear in your account

Sale items will be refunded at the purchase price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your request
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process your return
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may vary based on exchange rates
