Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with two convenient shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched from our Dayton facility.

Return Policy Details

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 1 business day with instructions
  3. Package items securely in original packaging when possible
  4. Ship your return to our Dayton facility using a trackable method (return shipping at customer’s expense)

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal account
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 business days may be needed for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your request
  • We’ll ship your new item once we process your return

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
