All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Balconette Bras
  • Bralettes
  • Bikini Bottoms
  • Bikini Tops
  • Bath & Body products

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart doesn’t reserve it. Orders are only confirmed when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3.2 Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely. We don’t store your full payment details on our servers.

3.3 Pricing and Taxes

Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes or duties. International customers may be responsible for additional customs fees.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We don’t ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia.

4.2 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched from our Dayton facility.

4.3 Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The item isn’t on our non-returnable list (Section 2.3)

5.2 Return Process

  3. Package items securely in original packaging when possible

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at customer’s expense.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Your bank may require additional 2-5 business days to process the refund.

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly indicate your desired exchange item
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process your return
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
